Conference Follow Up - Label Business Plan
Following the conference event, it has been identified from a group consensus that a number of business aspects need to be developed, organised and established for professional operation going forward from launching as an independent music publishing label. In preparation for a follow up meeting that has been arranged for Wednesday 29th - this document will consist of a business model canvas [see Appendix F - Label Business Canvas], Operations Outline Document [see Appendix C - The Campus Label Outline], Executive Summary [see Appendix B - The Campus Label - Executive Summary].
Consisting of nine core aspects, the business model canvas set out by Osterwalder and Pigneur is stated by Campos (2012) as a widely accepted tool to build and analyse business models in many industries. Representative of business structure, these nine building blocks will constitute the core elements of the artist service model.
